Richard Colback has 15 years experience as a strategic consultant with Bain and Company and Booker Tate in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. He has previously been involved in start-ups in the sporting goods, transportation services, advertising and manufacturing industries. For the past seven years he has been involved in the sports industry as an advisor and consultant to early stage start-ups and entrepreneurs. He received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. He received his Masters in Engineering at the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom where he was awarded an Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council scholarship. He is a life-long surfer and was captain of The Anderson Graduate School rugby team.
